Ingredients & Directions
1/2 tb Yeast 1 tb Sugar
2 1/2 c Flour, bread 1 Eggs
1 c Corn meal 7/8 c Water; warm
1/2 tb Salt 8 oz Cheez Whiz
Use Mild Mexican Cheez Whiz for tangy flavor. Cut Cheez Whiz into
chunks. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into
bakery, in order. Set « baking control » at 11 o’clock. Select « white
bread » and push Start.
Sylvia’s comments: very tangy corn-meal bread. The kids love it.
